Bible Fellowship

Bible study is an important discipline for faith formation. At St. James we offer a Wednesday evening opportunity for group Bible study as a means to get to know fellow believers and begin the process of learning to understand who we are because of the grace of God.

Bible Fellowship is offered on the first and third Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Center of St. James. We offer an open invitation to all to join us and begin the process of growing in faith and service.

Topics

Fall 2011 - Spring 2012  we looked at the history of the Old Testament, exploring the Bible story from Genesis through the Kings in a series of discovery classes. Twice a month Bible Fellowship will continue in the Fall.  Take advantage of Wednesday Nights in the Courtyard during the Summer months.

Wednesday Nights in the Courtyard

This summer, from June 6 - August 29, join us in the Parsonage Courtyard! Have you every seen a report on the news or in the newspaper and wondered what God would think about that? This is your opportunity to gather on Wednesday nights and enjoy the company of other adults to explore some of those jaw dropping stories and curious points of view.  This discussion format welcomes your thoughts whether you are new to a Bible based discussion or a devoted participant in regular Bible study.  We will gather at 6:30 for fellowship, then Pastor Donovan will facilitate our discussion beginning at 7:00.
